Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and create accurate patterns for various types of apparel, ensuring alignment with design specifications and production requirements.
- Collaborate closely with designers and technical teams to translate design concepts into workable patterns.
- Perform fittings and make necessary adjustments to patterns to ensure optimal fit and functionality.
- Utilize pattern making software and tools to create and modify patterns as needed.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain detailed records of patterns and modifications.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques in pattern making, particularly in sportswear and outerwear.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the pattern development and production processes.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and quality standards.
Pre Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Textile/Pattern Making or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pattern making in any product category.
- Prior experience in sportswear or outerwear, along with a strong knowledge of working with the Tuka System, is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
