Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for meeting established targets and executing defined technical and quality objectives for the factory.
- Oversee pre-production processes and ensure a smooth transition to full-scale production.
- Ensure that quality issues are identified and resolved during bulk production.
- Supervise the successful implementation of technical and quality projects across the factory to drive process enhancements.
- Lead and manage the quality and technical teams effectively.
Pre Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance within the apparel industry.
- Nationality must be Chinese or Vietnamese.
- Current group managers and senior managers are encouraged to apply.
