Key Requirements:
- A Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a production or supervisory role, ideally within the FMCG or related manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team across shifts.
- Good working knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or MES systems for production tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
