- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12–15 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-plant or multi-country operations.
- Strong exposure to both Supply Chain (75%) and Manufacturing (25%) domains.
- Candidates from any manufacturing background will be considered; experience in apparel, packaging and labeling, food, industrial, or FMCG sectors will be an added advantage.
- Proven success in driving strategic sourcing, production planning, logistics optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Deep understanding of modern supply chain systems, ERP platforms, and process improvement tools.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Must be willing to relocate to or be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
