Roles & Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for clients. The job scope includes the following responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:

  • Understand client requirements and develop a deep understanding of the organization’s culture, values, and hiring needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their business objectives and talent requirements.

2. Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Proactively network and build relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pool.

3. Candidate Assessment:

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.
  • Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the client organization.

4. Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand talent availability and compensation trends.

5. Job Advertising:

  • Develop and write compelling job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
  • Utilize various platforms to advertise job openings and attract a diverse pool of candidates.

6. Client Presentation:

  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on hiring decisions and market conditions.

7. Negotiation and Offer Management:

  • Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Manage the offer and acceptance process, addressing any concerns or questions from both parties.

Pre Requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Marketing or other.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience Talent Acquisition
  • Posses a network of 350 – 5000 Linkedin connections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous work experience in talent acquisition will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach in work assigned
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
